Measurement technician (m/f/x)

We are looking for a measurement technician (m/f/x) to join our team as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Operating and programming the Hexagon Optiv measuring machine to carry out high-precision measurements
• Creation, implementation and evaluation of measurement programs and protocols
• Ensuring the correct setup and calibration of the measuring machine
• Carrying out quality checks and tests on components and assemblies
• Supporting the development and implementation of new measuring procedures and methods
• Training and supporting colleagues in the use of the Hexagon measuring machine
• Working closely with the Production, Quality Assurance and Development departments to continuously improve measurement processes
• Prospective: Assuming responsibility for inline testing systems

Our requirements:

• Completed training in the metal sector, as a measurement technician or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in working with coordinate measuring machines, ideally of the Hexagon brand
• Sound knowledge of programming and operating Hexagon measuring machines and associated software (e.g. PC-DMIS)
• Confident handling of technical drawings and standards
• Good analytical skills and a structured, precise way of working
• High level of initiative and willingness to undergo further training
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and reliability
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
